External Thread
We can produce external threads as precise as M1 x 0.2 pitch.
Internal Thread
We can produce internal threads as precise as M0.6 x 0.15 pitch.
Surface Roughness
We can achieve surface roughness values of Ra 0.2a, Rma*0.8s.
Accuracy
We maintain tolerances of ±5 µm for outside diameter, length, and inner hole.
Processing Specifications
We process rod and bar materials with diameters ranging from 1 mm to 26 mm.
Quality Inspection
Our fully equipped inspection department supports honing, milling, passivation, and heat treatment.
